Yvonne
I have 3 footer widgets.
Customise / Layout / Footer Widgets is set to 3
Pages are all set to Global Footer Widget Settings
When I customise, I can see the widgets but as soon as I come out of customisation they disappear. Am I missing a step?

UPDATE: I logged out of WordPress and viewed the site on 3 different browsers. They’re all showing 2 of the widgets. Could it be that it’s just taking some time to catch up with what I’ve changed?

UPDATE: The third widget has just appeared π It isn’t on 2 lines though like the way I typed it so I’ve just ticked the box next to Automatically add paragraphs. Should this make the text appear on 2 lines please?

It’s now on 2 lines but it isn’t white :/

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperDo you have any caching plugins installed?
A link to your website would be awesome just so I can see what’s going on.

I think I have WP supercache but I’ve logged out now because I’ve sent the email you requested so that you can take a look.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperI’m seeing all three widgets lined up as they should be.
I would flush your cache in WP Super Cache and deactivate the plugin until you’re done developing – it can be super frustrating developing with a caching plugin activated.

They’re lined up now but the text in widget 3 isn’t white. Do you think this will fix itself if I temporarily disable the caching plugin?

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperAh, try setting your footer widget colors to white.
Go to “Customize > Colors > Footer Widget Colors” and set “Text” to white π

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperAre you using a plugin called Easy Google Fonts? I believe it’s adding CSS that is conflicting with GP.
That plugin shouldn’t be necessary if you have the Typography add-on activated π
