Footer Widget CSS is Not working

I recently added footer widgets to my blog but it is not working properly. I cleared the cache but still the same. Check the image: https://ibb.co/RzxS3XZ

Are you referring to the Social Icons stacking vertically?

It seems like a caching issue. The proper layout is appearing if you add /?nocache at the end of the URL.
Can you try disabling all caching/optimization plugins to test?
