Hi, how do I get my 3 footer widgets to show up?

I have added them, added info but I can´t see them!
    What am I doing wrong?

    Best regards

    Hi there,

what was it you added to the widgets?

Can you also try #1 here:

Hi David, I made a demo of the site here first,
    https://lokalpartner.info/oktober/
and as you can see in the footer, there are three columns – KONTAKT – HÄR FINNS VI and SOCIALA MEDIER

That is what I want added to https://sjungnu.com/

But can´t figure it out how to do it.

Very odd, i can see the widgets are being printed to the page, they are just empty, which usually means there is a PHP error.
Did you try the debug #1 option?

Thanks, but there must be something that I haven´t checked/unchecked.
    When reading this
    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/footer-widgets/
I understand that I maybe have to manually check every page (why is there no default setting because I want all pages to look the same?) and manually edit in the Layout.

I don´t want any sidebar (set to Content (no sidebars) and then click on Footer widgets (set to 3) -> Update…but no difference.

    What am I doing wrong?

And why can´t I send any screenshots?

Widgets can be set to a default in the Customizer, likewise the display of the sidebars.
But that is not the issue. Looking at your site there are three text widgets in the footer. But they have no content within them. Which either means they are empty or there is something conflicting.

Did you try #1 debugging – disabling plugins?

If you want you can provide us temporary admin access and we can take a look.
You can send it via the Account Issues form here:

Yes, that is correct, the widgets are empty because I can´t update them
for some reason, the wheel keeps spinning when I add text (in the text app)…
but I thought that the field would show up anyway. Maybe that is not the case.
Thank you, I will send you log in for you to have a look.
