Footer reveal animation

Hi there, is there any way to make the reveal animation style to the footer?

Not seeing the animation. Looks like it's just a fixed background image in the footer which you can do using the customier:

Well, it's not properly called an animation, but it's actually a reveal effect that when you scroll the page until the bottom then it shows up the footer.
I've tried to set a fixed image using what you told me but couldn't achieve the same effect. ANy other way possible?

Oh, I've played with some css and could achieve that effect, using also the customizer to choose the background photo. thanks!!
