footer not showing on homepage

Just added a pink footer to my site, it's appearing on every page except the homepage.
Probably a simple setting somewhere but I'm not seeing it. Could you take a look please?

two of the more likely possible options:
Layout Metabox:

Both provide the option to override the footer settings in the customizer.
All sorted thanks (was neither of those, I had 'footer widgets' set to 0 on the homepage for some strange reason. Duh!)
