Footer navigation has suddenly appeared

Hi there. I hope you can help me :)
Out of the blue I now also have navigation in the footer. I've never selected this, I've only upgraded the theme and plugins. Is it generatepress or elementor that's cuasing this issue and if it's gp, how do I remove it ?

This is a conflict with Nextgen Gallery - do you have it installed?

Nope no nextgen gallery...i used it ages ago..But let me see if it's still there on the server..
