Footer Menu with Headings

I've searched through the forum but I'm not finding what I'm looking for (apologies if I missed it).
I want to create a footer menu similar to this (albeit simpler): https://www.piesync.com/capsule/
Basically, a footer menu with keywords and phrases using headers to guide users to important areas of the site.
I have a simple footer menu now: https://womenconquerbiz.com/ using the footer bar.

Yes, exactly. Sorry, it wasn't clear.
You should be able to achieve by adding the menu widget that's currently in the footer bar widget area to the footer widget area:

We use the same thing at the bottom of this site.
