what are modules

Hello guys, I bought your theme today and trying to understand how it works. what are these modules and this stuff. I dont understand. Should i click on one or more. these are different variations of the same theme? which is one should i choose for blogging and affiliate marketing something simple but beautiful.

they are Widgets you can find in Customizer > Widgets > Footer Bar.
