Footer isn't publishing

I've followed the instructions for publishing a footer but can't see the new footer on the site after publishing it.
Location: Entire Site
Exclude: No option selected
Users: No option selected
Status and visibility: public
Element type: site footer

The settings are correct.
Is the footer shown in the customizer?
If so, can you try disabling all cache plugins including server-level cache features.
If not, can you provide an admin login so we can take a look at the backend?

It is showing in the customizer. I disabled the cache feature in my hosting, but that broke the login page. I put an admin login in the private section for you. Thanks.

If this is the case, the issue is caused by cache.
Hum I can not log in as there's something wrong with the object cache.
Can you try reaching out to your host?

Yes, I logged in and it seems the footer element is working now :)
I clicked "purge SG cache" in my WordPress and that seems to have worked! The earlier problem was when I disabled caching. Thanks for your help.
