footer hook

Dear friends:
I don't know what happened, I created a footer with a hook, everything was going perfect, suddenly it is only visible on the home page and on the blog page. I send you the web directly I do not know if it is some update of the new wordpress.

Is the display rule of that footer element still set to the entire site?

Can you disable all plugins except GP premium to eliminate any conflicts?
If the issue still exists, can you keep all other plugins disabled and provide the dashboard access for us to take a look?
