Footer Grid on Tablet

Hi
The footer on the below site has a grid, whish is 1 x 4 on desktop and 4 x 1 on mobile. Yet, the tablet version s also 4 x 1 and looks terrible. How do I make 2 x 2 like the footer at https://gpsites.co/dev/

Try changing the width of the containers for mobile:
