Hello
I want a footer for my entire site.
I would like a footer designed as shown in the screenshot (this footer is my old site). https://snipboard.io/xf8RJO.jpg
Any ideas on how I can do this?
I have GP Premium installed and the Elements module activated.

Thank you for your help.

Hi there,

the simplest way is to install the GenerateBlocks plugin:

https://generateblocks.com

This will provide a Container, Grid, Headline and Buttons block all of which can be used to create that layout and style the content.

Then create a new Block Element:

https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-overview/

Build your new footer with the GB Blocks.
Set the Hook to generate_before_footer
And set the Display Rules to the Entire Site.

You can then set the Footer Widgets to 0 in Customizer > Layout > Footer to remove the theme default footer.

Thank you David.
I have Qubely Blocks, can I use this block toolkit to do as you suggest?
I'm sorry but I have limited experience trying to build sites.

Hi there,

It should work. All blocks used on the Gutenberg editor should work within the Block Element as it uses Gutenberg to edit the Block Element as well. :)

Thank you. I'll give it a try.

No problem. :D
