footer elements make button collapsing

Hello!
Is there a way, on mobiles only, to make my footer elements press them to "open them" like on (skrout z. gr)

I would recommend implementing some sort of accordion solution to the footer element.
That needs javascript right?
I believe there are CSS accordions out there now. Just not sure if there are any plugins out there that implemented it.
Worth doing some research.
This is something we hope to make it happen in GenerateBlocks pro.
