Footer Element layout not as designed

Hi,
I already made an Element for the footer as following
But the actual result is totally different.
I imported all the layout setting in the site library (shop by mike oliver) to (Prime By LH-Consulting). And the result is not as expected.
Any help would be appreciated.

I just discovered the problem. It is with the LiteSpeed Cache. I just deactivated it and things work well :).
