footer bar pages horizontal arrangement issues

hey, I want to arrange my pages like about us, contact us, and privacy policy in horizontally but I am not able to do it. before it was horizontal but I don't know what happened after. also, I'm using an auto-optimize plugin. please solve my problem.
Hi there,
I would do this:
1. Go to Appearance > Menus and create your menu
2. In your Footer Bar widget area, add a "Navigation" widget and choose the menu you created above
