Footer Bar Alignment option missing

I have two exact same GP installs on the same server. One shows Footer Bar Alignment option and the other does not. What gives?
It mysteriously fixed itself. Ugh.
The footer bar options will only display if a widget exists in that widget area. Perhaps that was the issue?
I had a lot of toruble getting changes to stick tonight. I had to keep going into cPanel and flushing out the SiteGround cache there.
But it's up and running on GP. I am satisfied with the result.
Plus, if I were to fall ill or get hit by a bus, I think the back end of GP is a lot easier to figure out than Genesis. :)
Weird - glad it's all working now. Also glad you're finding GP easy to work with :)
