Footer background colors not changing

Hi, just bought so exploring theme....Customizing ▸ Colors -->Footer
Colors aren't changing....new WP install

That section should change the colors of your copyright bar - the small bar at the very bottom of the site containing your copyright information.
Is that the area you're looking at?
OK, yeah that worked....but what I was looking for is the footer widget area colors - not sure how I missed that, lol...working fine thanks :)
