Fonts not loading in the editor

Hi Guys
Not sure if anyone else is seeing this but for me the fonts I set in the customiser are not loading in the WP Editor. I do not think this is a GP issue as I am seeing the same behaviour on sites where I have used the Beaver Builder theme. It's not a hosting issue either as I have checked the issue on 4 different hosts and have the same problem.
Strangely I have a local site on I working on which does not have the issue.
Is this a known issue in 5.9?
Cheers
Gary
Hi there,
are the Fonts a Google Font or a Locally installed font ?
Hi David
They are a Google font mate.
Cheers
Gary
They load fine on the font end.
If GP is loading a Google font in the Customizer then it should work in the backend.
Can you check for plugin conflicts by temporarily disabling all of them except GP Premium.
Just tried that mate, same result.
Here's a temporary login to my site if you want to take a look.
You are welcome to turn off plugins as you need.
Yeah i think thats the 5.9 change to the body and editor-styles-wrapper CSS selectors.
Switching to Dynamic Typography should fix that:

NOTE: Its a one way trip, so you may want to make the change on a staging site.

Yep, that works mate!! Bit of a pain as I have around 100 sites to do.
Thanks buddy.
Yeah sorry theres not much we can do to fix it in the legacy settings.
Its the unfortunate side effects of WP Block Editors progression, each update they ( presumably ) fine tune the editor HTML which screws with CSS selectors. We just pushed out GP 3.1.2 to patch a couple of editor bugs that 5.9 introduced.
Yeah I know mate, I updated last night. Not to worry, it's just one of those things, at least I know what it is now. I'll just sort them as I go along since it's only effecting the backend.
Thanks again for your help mate, much appreciated.
You're welcome!
