Font weight and size of H1, H2, H3 etc. Not changing

Hi,
Hope your well!
So i can really find out why the H-types wont change size/weight?
Tried to max this settings and my H1 is not chaning at all: https://prnt.sc/s9my4g
The only thing that i can change is this: Single Content Title (H1)
Is it able to locate the problem? In style css or something?

can you check in your Customizer that the changes have been Published and NOT Saved as Draft
