Yannick
Hi everybody,
when I’m in the customizer or in elementor the font is displayed in font weight 100. But as soon as I close the customizer or elementor the font seems to change back in regular, all other fonts (heading etc.) keep their font weight.Someone has an idea?
Best wishes

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Sounds like a caching issue. Any caching plugins?
If not can you link us to the site and specify the element?

Thank you Leo for your fast answer.
I flushed the cache and also switched off the cacher plugin and the problem still occurs. The body text is shown in font weight regular instead of font weight 100. When I open customizer or elementor it’s shown in font weight 100 as soon as I quit the customizer/elementor text changes back.

StaffCustomer SupportUnfortunately we can’t tell without seeing the site. Can you provide a link?

StaffCustomer SupportIt is showing font weight 100 from what I can see:

Thank you Leo.
The font on your screenshot looks like 100. On my screen it doesn’t look like that also not on my girlfriends. The whole page layout looks weird on your screenshot, how does this happen?
I will contact Elementor. But the strange thing is that in the Customizer and in Elementor it is shown in 100 (also in your browser).
I did the whole typography with the customizer and using the default value of Elementor.October 11, 2017 at 9:01 am #401384Leo
StaffCustomer SupportWhat’s weird about it? It looks pretty normal to me.
Can you try clearing the browser cache?

StaffCustomer SupportThe spacing is just the width of the window and screen.
This is what I see when I re-size the window down:

Perfect, thank you 🙂
But the font weight problem still occurs, you can see it when you compare the 2 images I linked.

StaffCustomer SupportWhat did Elementor say?
October 11, 2017 at 12:42 pm #401510Yannick
I didn’t get an answer yet.
The same problem occurs on pages which I made without elementor.

StaffCustomer SupportIt still just looks like it’s a caching issue on your end as it is showing 100 to me on the page as well: https://s1.postimg.org/3jr2hi3f9r/fontweight2.png
Try using incognito mode in browser?
October 11, 2017 at 1:02 pm #401524Yannick
Just tried incognito mode and it’s still the same.
It is like this since I started with this page (maybe also since I installed elementor, I’m not sure) but at least 1 or 2 month and I cleaned the cache during this time a few times.
