Font/Typography won't come into Effect

Hi,
So I've changed the font for heading (1,2,3,4), widget title, and primary navigation to Quicksand via Customise but after I publish and clear my cache, the heading won't change (it shoes in Arial I think or System Stack, not sure sorry). But when I'm editing under Customise, the fonts are in Quicksand. I've cleared my Cache and even viewed the site on incognito but still no success.
I've added my URL under private info.

in the Customizer - can you make sure that those changes are being Published and NOT Saved as Draft.

Yes, I make sure I publish the changes ad not save them as a draft. I added a video on the private form.

That video requires a login - can you change its status so i can see it?
In the meantime - disable all Cache/Optimization plugins and try to make the changes again.

Just deactivate the plugin WP Optimise and it's now fixed. Thanks!
Glad to be of help. You should be able to re-enable the plugin ... just de-activate it whilst developing the site :)
