Hello,
Is there a way to change the font size for my text (the body paragraphs) in all my blog posts without having to go back to each post and manually update the font size? I didn't see it under the customize menu unless I am missing it. I have the Wordsmith theme.

I provided the URL. I am just trying to have all my blog posts be uniform in size in regards to the font. I am trying to change the body text font (the paragraphs). Thank you.
Unfortunately all paragraphs have inline style added to them:

HTML inline style takes priority over the customizer setting.
This is not how the original WordSmith template is set up.
To fix this properly, you would need to manually remove the inline styles added to each paragraph then the customizer setting will apply.
