Font Color Not Applying Heading

Hello, I've noticed lately that my font color when working on headline elements is not be applied? I have been having to add a class to them and do it via CSS am I doing something wrong? I have always done it this way in the past and it worked, it works on the backend when in the editor but not when viewed on the front end. The first headline in the cover should be a red color, and the second headline should be a blue color. When I inspect the CSS I see that is being overwritten by something
