    Hey Tom,

I’m not sure when it happened ..but I was only informed recently by a friend that the Font Awesome icons on my website is no longer being displayed.

I have just updated to the latest GP 1.3.27 to no avail.

    Website: http://esperanzacreative.com.au/

It’s in a multisite environment, but I’m not sure if that would affect anything?

Appreciate all the help you can give on this matter.

    Many thanks!

    Jay.

    Hi there,

What browser are they not displaying in? All of them or just Firefox?

If just Firefox, it’s most likely an issue with the url.

Firefox won’t display font icons from a url that doesn’t match the base URL of the page your on.

So if your website is set to http://www.yoursite.com and you visit yoursite.com (no www), the icons won’t show (as an example).

So your first step is to make sure the URLs in Settings > General are both identical.

    Let me know ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi Tom – I’ve checked on Firefox, IE and Chrome and they don’t display in any of them.

Hmm, any chance you can clear WP Super Cache?

Hi Tom ..I’ve disabled WP Super Cache ..still no luck.

On the Menu bar ..next to “Services” there’s just a square box appearing where the arrow should be. And each sub-menu items under “Services” should also have FA icons next to them.

    Hi Tom ..which browser?

I’m looking at it on 3 different browsers, cleared the cache, and even on a friend’s brand new laptop and they’re still not appearing.

    Chrome: http://screencast.com/t/bGHesvTMngL

    Firefox: http://screencast.com/t/HdMyHLu90Z

    EDGE: http://screencast.com/t/e3S5Z9RtL1

Was your friend’s laptop connected to your wifi? Your ISP might have it cached? Have you checked on your phone using your data (no wifi)?
