[Support request] Font Awesome Loading issue

hello generate press,

There is a problem in loading awesome fonts icon. Actually, I want to add chevron down button just after “let’s get started”. Let me show you here https://pickmycablemodem.com/best-cable-modem/‎. I am using this code to make such thing possible there “<i class=”fa fa-chevron-down” aria-hidden=”true”></i>”. But Nothing happened and didn’t get any icon. I have already checked that option in general tab which allows font awesome script to load.

Could you please let me know? what am I doing wrong?
