Font-Awesome Icons Don't Load On Sub-Domains

I have installed a new plugin called "My Sticky Elements". It puts tabs on the side of the website. It works fine on the main domain https://christiangays.com but not on any of the sub-domains, example https://resources.christiangays.com. On the sub-domains the font-awesome icons just show as empty squares.
I contacted tech support for the plugin and they said, "JavaScript and CSS files load from the parent site domain (main site) and not with subdomains and that's why you're getting an error. Please check this video: https://www.screenpresso.com/cloud/1Nsdg/ I believe your theme developer will be able to assist with this!"

I could be wrong but I don't believe this is a theme issue at all.
Can you activate a Twenty series WP theme to see if the issue occur?
