Floating Next and Previous Navigation Buttons

Hi,

I created a topic while back but I don’t see on the forum yet. Hence, creating another one.

I want to show floating Next and Previous navigation buttons like appearing in this post:

On hover, it should slide and display the post name.

Is it possible to do something like this with GP theme?

this requires Custom Development – which is out of the forums scope.
