[Support request] Floating Logo

I am a new user of Generate Press and pleased with my experience so far. I’ve scrolled through help but cannot find an example of what I am looking for. My apologies in advance if I have overlooked it.

I looking for a floating logo affect attached to the nav menu that will float above a top bar and below content. Example: (not my site) https://openspacetrust.org.

I’ve used different hooks and PHP but haven’t been able to keep the width of the nav from expanding to the logo’s height. As such, i’m not sure if it will float above the top bar and the content below or not. I do not know if I have one or two problems to solve.

I’m on the most current version of GeneratePress and GP Premium.
