Floating line when scrolling on mobile

Hello,
I'm working on a client site build at the moment and when I test the website in mobile a floating grey line appears as I scroll. I've copied and pasted over patterns from the GB library and also used one of the starter sites as a jumping-off point so I'm wondering if it's just a line of code that got added in somewhere? Nothing jumps out at me in the custom CSS. If you can please take a look and see if there is something that might be causing the issue and let me know how to fix it, I would really appreciate it! Tried viewing the site on my end on mobile, and the line doesn’t appear on my end.
Perhaps it’s a browser or device related issue? Can you try viewing it from a different browser, and if that doesn’t work, a different device?

Thanks for taking a look for me. I'm still seeing the line on Chrome. I tested in Firefox and it is there but, strangely, appears in a different spot, right down at the bottom of the page below the default black line that appears when scrolling within the Firefox app (I'll attach another screenshot). On both browsers the line doesn't appear straight away, you need to scroll around a bit before it pops up...
Thanks again for your work to assist me with this! I've been using GP for ages and this is a new one, so it's very puzzling! :)

I'm not seeing the line on my iPhone with Chrome.
I tried to scroll up and down, but nothing appeared.
So strange! Thanks very much for checking. Maybe it’s a device issue with my phone.
