fixed image on mobile version

Hello there.
A new ask, in block XARXES SOCIALS (social Media) in desktop the image isn’t fixed but in the mobile version, it is fixed.

most Mobile Devices DO NOT display fixed image backgrounds as they require a lot of CPU processing that uses up the battery.

Yep - all iOS phones stop it from working.
