How can i fixed the header (logo) and the top navigation?
The content and the footer should be scrollable.

great! i do not have longer to look for an plugin...
when will the add-on be ready?
Got caught up with the next release of GP Premium - some big re-writes in there.
New add-on will probably be mid-next week.
