Fixed header and menu

Hi Tom,
I am working on an other GP based site:

http://hekezen.nl/site-hkzn

Cannot get my menu and header fixed so only my content wil be ‘scrolling’ like in my other websites:

http://www.treurenburg.com

http://www.bosschenaartje.nl/bosschenaartje/wp_site/

What am i doing wrong?
