Good afternoon this is a very basic question.
When I open a support request with you and I log back in the next day what is the simplest way to find my tickets vs. the list of tickets that appear on the main page?
I looked under my account profile page and for links that might take me to my requests but couldn’t find anything like that.
I presume I just need to search for the title of my support request or is there a more direct way.
