Fill container with image or space below image

Using GP Premium
1 image on page.

There is a space on top of header size is 1034-232
There is a thin line between navigation and header.
(can see background) Header is GP hooks(Before Header Content)

There is a space below image in container that does not fill with background color. Using aq 2x2px background

Want to put the Right widget real close to container

See pink squiggly lines to denote everything I said above.

Hi there,

Using Generate Spacing, you can reduce the "Separating space", "Content padding" and "Widget padding".

That should do it :)

Is there a difference between Generate spacing and element spacing

Nope - Generate Spacing is the name of the add-on.

In the Customizer, the panel is "Element Spacing".
