1. Demo do not work.

I want DISPATCH demo (without content)
Unfortunately, you would need to import the site options and demo content in order to make your site to look exactly like our demo.
I would recommend doing this in a staging site if it's a live site with traffic.

If you want to disable the featured image on the home page only then you can use the disable element metabox:

Is this for disabling the featured image? If so, it's not necessary. You can create a Layout Element to apply the Disable element feature Leo mentioned on multiple pages. https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-element-overview/#disable-element
You can set Layout Element's display rule location to apply the disable element on multiple posts and/or pages. :D

Yes, you can make as many Block Element template as you want as long as the display rule locations are properly applied and there's no conflicts. :)
same font different look on two pages i have.

The font-weight you are using in customizer 500which is not included in the font family, while the other page is using 600.

For the other 2 questions:
1. Gutenberg many error
It does happen from time to time, you can try to attempt recovery. This error is from WP Gutenburg, we can't really do anything about it unfortuanly.
2. footer no full
I assume the paddings around the parent container of the footer element is the 40pxpadding added by GB by default. You can remove them if you don't want them. But I'm not sure without seeing the actual code.
