Featured Video instead of Image?

Hi there,
I saw this older post (https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/featured-video-instead-of-image/), but it seems this plugin is discontinued in terms of support and new versions.
Just curious, is there a new way to use Featured Videos (youtube) instead of a Featured Image? This is specifically for blog posts.

I'm not aware of a way to use a YouTube video with the default featured image option unfortunately.
You could try inserting YouTube video at the start of your content then use the more tag:
