[Resolved] Featured Pages

Hi Tom,

Great theme, thank you.

I would like to create a static homepage with 3 or 6 featured pages and call-to-action buttons, similar to your own page for Generate Press. Is this an add-on you are planning? In the meantime, could you recommend a good plug-in that will allow me to do this easily?

Hi Francesca,

As of right now I’m just using a simply column plugin then inputting my info into each column. This is the plugin I’m using: https://wordpress.org/plugins/lightweight-grid-columns/

I have lots of plans for addons, and some sort of filterable portfolio/featured box addon is definitely on the list.

Thanks for the quick response, Tom. I’ve activated it and I know enough to get as far as adding the body text and setting the number of columns and rows, but not sure about the styling. It would help if I could see your code for your landing page grid, especially the second span with the CTA button.

And yes, would be great to have this as an add-on.

Are you talking about the addons page?

If so, I did something like this:
