Featured Image using HTML?

Hello,
This is going to be outside the scope of generatepress. I just wanted to see (yes or no) if it was possible to set the featured image of a post using HTML?
The reason is Amazon associate program only allows you to obtain the images from their site through this HTML code. They don't let you download and upload the images to your site

Would the code be different for each post? How would you set the necessary code for each of them?

Code will be unique each time. But will contain the same information, just a different image url supplied by Amazon. Each image, using Amazon's site stripe, I can pull the code from their site.

Hi there,

can you share an example of the code that Amazon provides so we can see if it is possible to extract the URL for filtering the featured image.
