Featured image still showing in post

Hi there,

the site is using a Header Element:

Go to Appearance > Elements - look for the Header Element that is set to display on Posts. You can delete it or save it as draft to remove it.

After disabling featured image it leaves just emty space

Try reducing the top padding:
