Featured image settings in customizer are not reflected in site

Hello,
none of the setting in the customizer for the featured images do have any effect. If i chose hide, the featured image is still shown, if i chose 'below title' it is still above the title, if i chose for center or right alignment, it is still left aligned.
The only setting that is working is 'above title'. And that is just not what i want, but seems to be the default situation.
Could you please clarify this to me?
Thanks!
Hi there,
Those settings are applied to the featured images on the main blog/posts page.
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adjusting-the-featured-images/
Are you hoping to do some customization for the single post page?
Let me know.
Yes, i am.
Good to know. Sorry about the confusion. But, is there a way to get the featured image below the title for a single blogpost?
Thanks.
Sorry. Missed the link! I'm going to read it.
Try Customizer > Layout > Page Header > Single Post Header Location > Inside Content Area.
Let me know.
Single Post Header -> Below Post Title was the solution i was looking for. Thanks very much. I assumed to find these post settings within the 'blog' part of the customizer.
It will be - more single post featured image options coming soon :)
Suspense....
Where is the 'Like' button? :-)
Haha, aiming for the next version of GP Premium :)
