[Resolved] Featured Image Option Not Available for Pages – Only on Posts

I want to add a Featured Image to each of my web PAGES (and POSTS). The option is available for all POSTS but is not available when I edit a PAGE. Most of my website consists of static PAGES. Is the GeneratePress theme turning this functionality off? How can I add a featured image to my web PAGES?

For now, I added a HERO to appear at the top of my PAGES, but I really want to be able to add a different image to each page.

I was using the Classic Editor to disable Gutenberg, and that was what was disabling the Featured Image on PAGES. I guess I’ll just have to get used to Gutenberg. Ugh.

That’s strange.

You should be able to use featured images for pages in classic editor no problem.

I don’t think so. Have you tested with a twenty series WP theme and see if the issue exist there as well?
