Featured Image not showing above post content in Single Post

This site is being modified from a GeneratePress template.
The featured image is not showing above the content on single posts. I have it enabled in the customizer. Is something blocking this from showing? How do I correct this so that the featured image shows above the post content but below the blog hero element?
