Featured Image Missing in Posts

Hi, I have Generate Press Premium and I use Elementor Pro to layout my site. The problem is that for the last few months, the section to add a featured image in the posts has disappeared.
Now when I create a post I can't add a featured image. Can you help me?

Note the first comment regarding checking for plugin conflicts, which can be tested by temporarily disabling all plugins.
