Featured Image/Logo

Hey guys,
Just created a new website and need help with a few things.
1 - The logo on mobile doesn't appear correctly. I have clean the cache, and I have all logos correct on customization. Maybe I am missing something?
2 - Is any way I can force the featured images to be all the same size? On my homepage some are bigger in size and it doesn't look good.
3 - Also the menu with the logo in the middle. Is there any way I can put the logo to the left and the menu to the right? The menu looks funny in the tablet version and if I add something else the words overlap with the logo.
