featured image is pushing down my right side bar

hello
the featured image of all of my posts is pushing down my right side bar once i open the post. it create a white gap, pushing down the side bar to the level of my post title. how can i fix this. please help me

Go to "Customize > Layout > Page Header" and set the location to inside content area :)
