Featured image in page header for all post ?

Hi,
I would use Dashboard/Page Headers for all my post via Global Locations.
Does exist a solution to make a post header template by using their own featured image and not a same image for all ?
When I create a new Dashboard/Page Headers/Add New I've got only 'choose image' and 'set the teatured image' in image section. It will be so nice to have ability to set the featured image post by default in this section or in the content/background section.

Not sure what you mean?
Shouldn't need to use a filter for this.

But that solution won't help with your original question if I understand it correctly.

In fact, I've tried this solution before writing this post but it didn't work.
I just try another time right now and it's run like a charm. Maybe I've made an error at first try.
