The featured image is also not showing up in the thumbnail of related posts.
Just updated yesterday to Version: 1.3.43 and have made no adjustments or edits. Everything was fine until I updated to the newer version.
Thanks!

Can you show us the page?
January 27, 2017 at 7:24 pm #270127Karen MusselmanPost I’m working on:
http://smokerslogicecigs.com/nicotine-delivery-system/Now, the post I did yesterday before the second to last version update, the post featured image eventually showed up, but the thumbnails are still not showing.
Yesterday’s post:
http://smokerslogicecigs.com/how-bad-is-vaping/Home page – no thumbnails for these posts:
http://smokerslogicecigs.com/For both of these images, they’re showing as gray squares in the Media Library.
January 27, 2017 at 7:46 pm #270133TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperHmm, GP doesn’t have any say on where your images are stored, it simply takes your featured image and displays it using a core function (the_post_thumbnail()).
This is the URL the page is trying to call: http://smokerslogicecigs.com/wp-content/uploads/nicotine-delivery-system.jpg
Is there an image by that name if you navigate to wp-content/uploads/ via FTP or file manager?
January 27, 2017 at 7:47 pm #270134LeoStaffCustomer SupportAlso look like you are displaying those posts with a plugin?
January 27, 2017 at 7:56 pm #270140TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperSomething else worth checking – go to the Media Library and upload an image. Any errors?
January 27, 2017 at 11:26 pm #270183Karen MusselmanYes, when I go to the media library, there is an image there with that URL, but the image shows up like a gray square in the media library.
When I use the URL that GP gave the image, it goes to my 404 page not found page.
When I upload the image directly into the library, I get the same thing; displays a gray vertical line but all of the image information is there: image name, dimensions and a URL.
Yes, I’m using a plugin to display the related posts, but that’s worked fine up until yesterday.
Like I said, I haven’t done anything inside the css or Editor except add the code needed to box in my footer at the bottom, but the image problem was there before that.
January 27, 2017 at 11:29 pm #270185Karen MusselmanWhat’s really weird is that the featured image IS showing up on this post: http://smokerslogicecigs.com/how-bad-is-vaping/ But that featured image is still showing in the library as a gray thing, not an image.
I looked at the site in Chrome and instead of an image in the thumbnails, it shows the broken image icon.
Sorry, but it has to be something in the theme because everything was working perfectly until the version updates yesterday. π
Is there any way to roll back to the previous version?
January 27, 2017 at 11:33 pm #270186Karen MusselmanThis post was added on 1/22 and everything worked perfectly, as it should. http://smokerslogicecigs.com/vape-batteries-and-ecigs-exploding-oh-my/
Then I updated the GP version and everything went wonky with the images and the image library. I looked at the source code and everything looks okay.
Do you think it might have something to do with WP itself and their latest update?
January 27, 2017 at 11:35 pm #270187Karen MusselmanI FOUND THE PROBLEM!!!!! It’s on the server, not in GP. It has to do with my shared account; I just transferred that specific domain to primary and I think the “migration” didn’t go through correctly. No biggie.
Thanks for looking into it!!
January 27, 2017 at 11:40 pm #270188TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperAwesome, glad you got it sorted π
January 27, 2017 at 11:49 pm #270190Karen MusselmanMe too! I just had to step away from it a while. π
LOVE your theme! I have four blogs and use it on all of them.
