You can use an SEO plugin like Yoast.

These plugins allow you to control this aspect of social media sharing.

I rechecked your post, I don’t see a featured image, all the images are added using image block.

If you’ve uploaded featured image, make sure the featured image is shown as the featured image, not just a regular image block.

Check customizer > layout > blog > featured images > posts, make sure the Display featured imagesbox is ticked.
