Featured Image Causing Layout Shift?

It seems that the moment my blog loads, the featured image suddenly shifts before the page loads. Any way to fix this? See url below

The CLS may be caused by your Optimization plugin - WP Fastest Cache. Can you try disabling it temporarily and re-test for CLS here?: https://pagespeed.web.dev/
