Featured Image Below Title on Singe Posts

I am using GP Premium (latest version) with Beaver Builder. I have read these forums. I have confirmed every setting (Layout - Page Header - Single Post Header Location AND Layout - Blog - Single - Posts) are set so the Featured Image should show below the blog title. But no matter what, it does not work. The Featured Image still sits above the post title. Please help!!
Hi there,
Is that image above the title actually added as featured image of the post?
It is.
Do you have any custom functions running on the site?
I do not. I can provide admin access if it helps.
Sure. Send it to us through Account Issue here: https://generatepress.com/contact/
Please reference the topic link.
Thanks!

You have a function in "Appearance > Editor > Theme Functions (functions.php) at the end which is adding the image.
If you remove that function, it will go away.
Thanks. But the reason I added that code is because the featured images weren't appearing at all on the Single Post pages, even though the GP settings are correct. I just removed the code and indeed the featured images disappeared again. Thanks for your continued help on this.
That is super strange. Does it appear if you disable Beaver Builder on the page?
It does not matter if I disable BB.
Stumped so far, but we'll find it.
Any chance you can try disabling your other plugins to see if there's a conflict somewhere?
It's a live site for a new business I just started so no I cannot. Sorry.
You can create a staging version of the site you can test on: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/
